Japanese Yakuza Boss Yamaguchigumi Appears at Tokyo Shinagawa Station Gets People’s Attention

TRIBUNNEWS.COM, TOKYO – Yamaguchigumi boss–the largest group of yakuza (Japanese mafia)–Shinobu Tsukasa or Kenichi Shinoda suddenly appeared at Tokyo Shinagawa Station, Tuesday (8/3/2022).

The station courtyard was packed with passengers and at around 09.30, the area around the platform suddenly became crowded.

Kenichi Shinoda appeared wearing a black suit, black hat, sunglasses, and a white scarf.

Several bodyguards were guarding the surroundings.

Meanwhile plainclothes investigators from the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department are on guard.

Some investigators brought cameras to take facial photos to gather information about the members.

Seeing the group, many passengers were surprised and looked back many times.

Kenichi Shinoda passed in front of the bookstore and shops in the Shinagawa Station area, and headed for the porte-cochre through the ticket gate.
