How to use the Galaxy Tab A8’s Multi Active Window feature for online learning

JAKARTA – Tablets are a very popular device for online learning for children and students. Because it’s more compact, easier to navigate, more affordable than laptops, it’s also more practical.

Also included, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 which is priced at only Rp. 2,999,000 (Wi-Fi 3 GB/32 GB) and Rp. 4,499,000 (4 GB LTE / 128 GB).

The tablet is equipped with a 10.5-inch screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 (WUXGA) TFT with 10.2mm thin bezels and a 16:10 aspect ratio. Because the screen is large, it’s easier to read school textbooks or do schoolwork sent via Google Classroom.

Children, students, and parents can also take turns using this tablet to take online classes and meetings via the 5MP front camera which is placed in the top center when the tablet is positioned horizontally.

Well, one of the interesting features of the Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 is the Multi-Active Window. The goal, to run two different applications simultaneously on one screen.

For example, users can take online classes through a video conferencing application on one screen, while the second screen will display Samsung Notes to record important points.

With the Multi-Active Window, kids can take class notes in Samsung Notes, underline important phrases, or even import PDF files and images, into existing Notebooks.

A list of applications that support multi-active windows can be seen in the Edge panels. However, these Edge panels must be activated first.
