Starting the first game, Kunlavut had led the points to lead 5-2. But then Jonathan tried to catch up and the position was tied 9-9.
A fierce duel was presented after that. Kunlavut took the lead several times and Jonathan could equalize. The first duel game was a 20-20 draw, but then Thailand’s representative won.
At the beginning of the second game, Kunlavut immediately stepped on the gas. After a 2-2 draw, he managed to get nine points in a row.
This situation put Jonathan in a pinch. He was 2-11 down, and the first game was already won by the opponent.
