This rumor emerged after The Ringer founder, Bill Simmons mentioned the name LeBron James would be the founder and owner of the NBA team in Las Vegas.
“I have some insiders. I think the (NBA) league will expand to Las Vegas and Seattle. And I think the strongest candidate for the team in Las Vegas is Fenway Sports Group (FSG),” said Bill Simmons Hoops Hype.
