Beneil Dariush injured his leg and retired from UFC Vegas 49 on Sunday (27/2) against Islam Makhachev. UFC is looking for a new opponent, Bobby Green’s name is on the list.

Beneil Dariush vs Islam Makhachev will actually be the main duel at UFC Vegas 49 on Sunday (27/2). This is the UFC’s top lightweight duel.

Beneil is in third place and Islam is in fourth. The winner, will advance as a challenger for the title belt after the duel Charles Oliveira vs Justin Gaethje.

Reported from ESPN, there is some bad news from Beneil Dariush. The US fighter of Iranian descent withdrew due to a leg injury.

With less than 10 days, the UFC must immediately find a replacement to face Islam Makhachev. The latest news is that the UFC has reportedly prepared Bobby Green.

Bobby Green is a UFC fighter who has tried light and welterweight classes. He has also competed in the UFC for a long time, since 2013.

The problem is, Bobby Green just fought Nasrat Haqparast last weekend at UFC 270. Only less than 10 days, Bobby is ready to face Islam Makhachev!

Bobby Green has a 29-12 winning record in professional MMA. This 35-year-old fighter has wrestling skills that he feels will be able to make Islam difficult.
