Xiaomi announced new prices for service fees and spare parts for Xiaomi smartphone products which are now up to 50% more efficient. This step was taken to make the after-sales service of Xiaomi smartphones more affordable for Xiaomi Fans.
The policy that applies to products whose warranty period has expired is applied to all Xiaomi service centers spread over 150 points in Indonesia since January 2022. Service fees for repairs are now 50% more affordable than before, as well as spare parts prices which are now down 5 %.
Xiaomi Fans don’t need to worry when having their device checked at a service center because it can be done without any fees. The new price adjustment for service and spare parts fees is aimed at providing a better experience for Xiaomi Fans who use after-sales services.
After-sales guarantee is one of the advantages offered by Xiaomi smartphones in the form of service coverage and convenience provided. Xiaomi itself is listed as one of the companies with the best after sales service coverage in Indonesia, there are 150+ service centers spread across various cities.
Some Xiaomi Stores and Xiaomi Shops have also recently received units for repair, bringing the service point coverage to more than 400 places. Questions regarding this service can be submitted to the hotline number at 0800 140 1558.
The same hotline number can also be used for the Xiaomi Service from Home service, which will pick up smartphone products that are still under warranty from home and will be delivered when finished. This service is currently only available for areas served by online motorcycle taxi services.
