Vivo has just announced the entry-level Vivo Y01 phone. This phone has a Helio P35 processor with an HD + resolution LCD screen.
In last January, information regarding cell phones entry-level vivo Y01 leaks revealing its design, specs and even its price. Now, after almost 2 months, the phone is quietly official in some markets. The device is listed on the company’s official website on the African market.
Vivo Y01 comes with a plastic body featuring a type screen notch water-drop measuring 6.51 inches. It has an IPS LCD panel with HD+ (1600 x 720 pixels). The rear design is similar to the vivo Y15s which was launched in January this year. This device measures 163.96 x 75.2 x 8.28 mm and weighs 178 grams.
It is equipped with a single 8 MP camera on the back with an aperture of f/2.0. The front camera has a resolution of 5 MP with an aperture of f/2.2. Not to forget the LED flash under the rear camera lens. The rear camera is equipped with different modes such as Face Beauty and mode time-lapse.
Reported from Gizmochina (9/3), vivo Y01 is powered by a MediaTek Helio P35 processor paired with 2GB RAM, 4GB RAM and 32GB internal storage. It has a microSD card slot for additional storage. The battery capacity is 5,000 mAh with support for 10W charging speed.
The phone carries Android 11 Go Edition with the Funtouch OS 11.1 interface layer. There is also a micro-USB port for charging and supports Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz/5GHz. There is also support for dual SIM and has 4G connectivity.
Regarding the price, unfortunately, the price of this device is not yet known. However, this phone is informed to have two color variants, Sapphire Blue and Elegant Black.
