The two have played together in four franchise films fast and furious from 2011 to 2018. Vin Diesel played Dominic Toretto, and Johnson played special agent Luke Hobbs. But the tension started to rise between the two while filming The Fate of the Furious in 2018, which led to The Rock publicly quipping Diesel for his unprofessionalism on set. Fast & Furious 10 will once again be directed by Justin Lin, who will also direct the final film (Fast 11). Chris Morgan will also return to write the scripts for the final two films.
