Kim Tae Ri and Nam Joo Hyuk are brought together in a drama production. Both will star in the Korean drama Twenty Five Twenty One.
This drama follows a 22 year old man who meets an 18 year old woman. The two met in the midst of the upheaval of the Asian Economic Crisis in 1998.
At that time, friendship was closely intertwined, love was beautiful. But there is a heart-wrenching desperation.
At the age of 23 and 19, the two turned to hurt each other. At the age of 24 and 20, they rely on each other.
At the age of 25 and 21, the two fell in love with each other. Set from 1998 to 2001, Twenty Five Twenty One is the story of five people who think they will be together forever.
This drama is directed by Jung Jeehyun, who was previously successful through The King: Eternal Monarch. He is again working with Kwon Doe Un who is the author of Search: WWW.
Besides Kim Tae Ri and Nam Joo Hyuk, this drama also stars a number of the best South Korean actors. Among them, Kim Ji Yeon, Choi Hyun Wook to Lee Ju Myoung.
Twenty Five Twenty One can be watched on Netflix starting February 12, 2022.
This is Nam Joo Hyuk’s first Korean drama after being successful with Start-Up in 2020. In 2021 he focuses on shooting the film Remeber.
On the other hand, this drama is a Korean drama that Kim Tae Ri returns after four years of absence. He last starred in the drama Mr. Sunshine who scored many achievements.
Kim Tae Ri starred more in films such as Space Sweepers to the latest one entitled Alien.
