VIVA – The steps of Indonesian badminton athletes in the BWF World Tour Super 300 German Open 2022 have ended.
The two Indonesian mixed doubles hopefuls have a tragic fate in the quarter-finals, Friday 11 March 2022. They are Rinov Rivaldy/Pitha Haningtyas Mentari and Adnan Maulana/Mychelle Crhystine Bandaso.
Competing at Westenergie Sporthalle, the two mixed doubles pairs were humiliated by representatives of England and Scotland.
First Rinov/Pitha, they have to admit the opponent’s advantage. Both lost through the rubbergame 21-16, 16-21 and 19-21.
Adnan/Mychelle also experienced a similar fate. Struggling with all their might they finally gave up through the rubbergame 17-21, 21-14 and 21-18.
