In the Black Feather color variant, the Redmi K50 series features an unusual array of rear camera designs.
Xiaomi sub brand, Redmi will announce smartphone Redmi K50, K50 Pro, and K50 Pro on March 17 in China. Ahead of the release, the company showcased the rear camera design of this K50 lineup.
In the Black Feather color variant, the Redmi K50 series features an unusual array of rear camera designs. Located in the upper left corner of the back of the phone, it features a triple camera unit, led by a 108MP camera, inside a circular frame housed in a rectangular housing.
On the housing side, there is a flashlight strip, which appears to house the dual-LED unit. The bottom of the back panel of the phone has a crystal pattern that appears to glow when exposed to light. Turning to the right side of the phone are the volume buttons and power button, while the front is not revealed.
Gizmochina (13/3) reports, rumors say the Redmi K50 lineup will likely carry an AMOLED screen with a centrally positioned punch hole, as the front camera housing.
The Redmi K50 trio will likely use the same rear design. It is not known if the vanilla version of the K50 will also carry a 108MP main camera, but reports reveal the Redmi K50 Pro+ will embed the camera with OIS support, while the K50 Pro without OIS support.
The Redmi K50, K50 Pro, and K50 Pro+ are rumored to be powered by Snapdragon 870, Dimensity 8100, and Dimensity 9000 chipsets, respectively. The K50 and K50 Pro may have support for 67W fast charging, while the Pro+ variant may come with 120W fast charging support.
