Xiaomi CIVI is a Xiaomi phone that relies on a luxurious design. It is only available in China. Recently there were leaks of the specifications of the Pro model.
In September last year, Xiaomi launched the CIVI phone exclusively in the Chinese market. A few months after its release, CIVI Pro was expected to be launched by Xiaomi soon, but sadly it never happened.
But recently, Xiaomiui have told some details about the upcoming Xiaomi CIVI Pro. In a publication, the upcoming Xiaomi CIVI Pro is coming soon and its launch could be in early March or April this year.
Reported from Gizmochina (24/2), it seems that CIVI Pro is none other than the Xiaomi 12 Lite Zoom which was spotted late last year on IMEI certification. The device also has a code named “zijin”.
Regarding specifications, the Xiaomi CIVI Pro is said to have an SM7325-based processor. It is likely that this phone will have a Snapdragon 778+ chipset or the same Snapdragon 778G chipset as on the regular CIVI model.
The phone will have a 6.55-inch OLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The CIVI Pro is also said to have a Full-HD+ resolution. The camera on that device will not support OIS (Optical Image Stabilization). And for cameras, they are expected to have an ultra-wide sensor as a secondary lens and a macro unit as a third camera.
In addition, the device will carry the MIUI 13 interface based on Android 12. Just like the initial version of CIVI, CIVI Pro will be official only in the Chinese market, without any global launch.
Until now, the details of these specifications seem to be the initial rumors of the phone. Apart from that, Xiaomi has not confirmed any details about the CIVI Pro. Maybe this will open up over time.
