Dwayne Johnson has described Red Notice as “the biggest investment” Netflix has ever made in a film. With an A-list cast that boasts Johnson, Ryan Reynolds, and Gal Gadot, the big budget shouldn’t come as a surprise. Johnson stars as FBI profiler John Hartley, tasked with catching slick criminal duo Nolan Booth (Ryan Reynolds) and Sarah Black (Gadot).
