Starting tomorrow, IBL 2022 can be attended by spectators

VIVA – The Indonesian Basketball League (IBL) has again opened its doors for spectators who want to watch the match live at the Bung Karno Basketball Hall, Jakarta, starting Saturday, March 12, 2022.

Ticket sales for the March 12-30 match can now be ordered online via Tokopedia, loket.com, and GoTix, the league’s official statement said.

Ticket prices for matches on weekdays are Rp. 30 thousand, while weekend games are sold for Rp. 35 thousand.

“There is no direct ticket sales in the match area,” said IBL President Director Junas Miradiarsyah.

Viewers of children aged 6-12 years are required to have the full dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. Meanwhile, children aged 6 years and under, elderly people over 65 years old, individuals with congenital diseases, pregnant and lactating mothers, are not allowed to watch the match live.

Previously, the government issued the Instruction of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 15 of 2022 Article 8 which states that all sports competitions may be witnessed by the public in stadiums with the number adjusted to the status of the level of COVID-19 cases.
