Participating in contributing to enliven the CES 2022 event, Samsung gave many surprises. One of the latest surprises shown by Samsung is by launching a new portable projector called The Freestyle. Yes! This device comes with the aim of a more exciting viewing experience.

Made portable, that’s why The Freestyle can actually be carried wherever its users travel. In addition, Samsung presents The Freestyle to target Gen Z and millennials. It makes sense, considering this device is capable enough to be a “friend” when throwing a party.

It weighs only 830 grams, which means it can turn any space into a screen with ease. The Freestyle also features a highly adjustable stand, and supports rotation of up to 180 degrees, allowing you to present the display anywhere — be it on a wall, ceiling, or even the floor.

Flexibility is further enhanced by the Auto Keystone and Auto Leveling features, which allow the device to adjust its screen to any surface. Sound is handled by “dual passive radiators” that promise to deliver clean, distortion-free deep bass along with 360-degree cinematic surround audio.

No need to worry about the power supply. The reason is, this projector is compatible with external batteries that support USB-PD and 50W/20V+ output. It is also the first portable display that can be plugged into the E262 light socket without the need for additional cables.

Another interesting part, The Freestyle can also double as a lighting device that can be adjusted to the mood of the user. This is thanks to the see-through lens cap, and even the smart speaker can sync the exposure according to the music being played.

Last but not least, The Freestyle also offers features found on Samsung Smart TVs such as streaming services and mirroring and casting features. For availability, this projector is ready for pre-order in the United States market at a price of US $ 900 (Rp 12.9 million) and will soon be sold in global markets in the near future.
