Before the duel the two teams announced the line-up list, interestingly there was no Ronaldo’s name in the MU line-up nor on the bench. Several reports emerged. According to The Athletic report, Ronaldo has suffered an injury so he must miss the Manchester Derby.
They went down with a 4-3-3 formation, the Red Devils were stuck and they had to lose 1-4.
After the match, the news said that Ronaldo’s absence in the MU squad was due to the manager’s decision, Ralf Rangnick to leave him. Reported by the sports bible, Rangnick tried to formulate a different strategy when facing ManCity.
