Samsung is rumored to be releasing its newest Galaxy M Series smartphone in the near future. In fact, recently a device that is strongly suspected of being the Galaxy M23 5G has appeared on the Google Play console list. And now, renders of the device have surfaced on the internet with some detailed specifications.
As MySmartPrice wrote, this render was obtained through a source close to Samsung, which is why the specs are also shared. This render shows that the design of the Galaxy M23 5G has changed slightly compared to its predecessor.
The rear camera module of this device is very different, Samsung has packaged it in such a way and all the lenses are arranged vertically. Yes! The Galaxy M23 5G seems to be coming with three cameras on the back, in contrast to the Galaxy M22 which has four cameras on the back.
For those of you who are curious about the three embedded lenses, the leak says that it consists of a 50 MP f/1.8 main camera sensor which will be accompanied by an 8 MP f/2.2 ultra-wide lens and a 2 MP f/2.2 macro sensor. Interestingly, the main camera will be equipped with OIS support.
Not only that, the leak also says that the rear camera on the Galaxy M23 5G will support 720p video recording at 120fps and 4K video recording at 30fps. Meanwhile, the front camera is unknown, and it carries bangs with a water-drop design.
In terms of the screen specifications offered, the Galaxy M23 5G is a middle-class smartphone that will come with a 6.6-inch TFT panel with Full HD resolution. The screen is also said to support 16 million colors and has a 120Hz refresh rate.
Going deeper into the body, this smartphone is said to be supplied with the Snapdragon 750G chipset from Qualcomm. Apart from that, there is also RAM support with at least 4 GB and 128 GB of internal storage. This 5G smartphone will also offer storage expansion up to 1TB via a microSD card slot.
MySmartPrice also writes that the Galaxy M23 5G weighs around 198 grams and measures 165.5 x 77.0 x 8.4 mm. In terms of software, the Galaxy M23 5G will boot One UI 4.1 based on Android 12. Other details include Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, NFC, WiFi, 3.5mm headphone jack, USB-C port, and has a single speaker.
