A few days ago, ZTE-backed REDMAGIC announced its newest gaming smartphones, the REDMAGIC 7 and REDMAGIC 7 Pro. Currently, both smartphone models are available for purchase in the domestic market in China.
For those of you gadget fans who are curious about the price, REDMAGIC 7 is sold starting at 3,999 Yuan (Rp 9 million). This is the base variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. However, for the first sale, the device will be priced at a discount, which is 3,899 Yuan (Rp 8.8 million).
The 12 GB + 128 GB variant costs 4,399 Yuan (Rp 9.9 million) while the 12 GB + 256 GB variant sells for 4,799 Yuan (Rp 10.8 million). There are two transparent models —12 GB + 256 GB and 16 GB + 512 GB, which retail for 4,899 Yuan (Rp 11 million) and 5,499 Yuan (Rp 12.5 million), respectively.
On the other hand, the REDMAGIC 7 Pro has a starting price of 4,799 Yuan (Rp 10.8 million) for the 12 GB + 128 GB variant. While the 12 GB + 256 GB variant is sold for 5,199 Yuan (Rp 11.7) and the highest variant, which is 16 GB + 256 GB, the device is sold for 5,599 Yuan (Rp 12.7 million).
There are four transparent models that have 12 GB + 256 GB RAM, which sell for 5,299 Yuan (Rp 12 million). While the 16 GB + 256 GB variant is sold for 5,699 Yuan (Rp 12.9 million). The last two variants, namely 18 GB + 512 GB and 18 GB + 1 TB, sell for 6,499 Yuan (Rp 14.7 million) and 7,499 Yuan (Rp 16.9 million).
Along with the marketing of all the variants mentioned above, REDAMAGIC has also started selling accessories for the two smartphone models. This smartphone has a 6.8-inch Full HD+ OLED screen with a “super high” refresh rate of 165Hz.
Meanwhile, for the driving force, this smartphone has been supplied with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset from Qualcomm, coupled with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 internal storage. This gaming smartphone runs on Android 12 and is powered by a 4,500 mAh battery with 120W charging.
For the camera sector, this smartphone is equipped with a 64 MP main camera, which is accompanied by an 8 MP ultra-wide lens and a 2 MP macro sensor on the back. On the front side, this smartphone is armed with a 16 MP lens for selfie photos or video calls.
