realme keeps its promise to launch the latest smartphone that is included in the realme 9 series line. Yes! realme has just announced the presence of realme 9i in the Vietnamese market. This smartphone comes with a new design compared to its predecessor and is powered by Snapdragon 680 6nm.
Presenting for the first time in Vietnam, the realme 9i is sold at a price of VND 6,490,000 or equivalent to Rp. 4 million for the 6 GB RAM variant which is paired with 128 GB of internal storage. This smartphone arrives in two colors, namely Black and Blue.
There has been no official information from realme, after appearing in Vietnam, which other countries will be appointed by realme to market the realme 9i. Will this smartphone be brought to the Indonesian market? We’ll just have to wait, considering that at the end of last year, realme had just launched the realme 8i.
Curious about the specifications? This smartphone comes with a new design compared to realme 8i. realme 9i has a different camera layout and has a textured vertical stripe pattern on the back. This smartphone carries a 6.6-inch punch-hole screen and has a FullHD + resolution.
Yes! The screen panel used is still IPS LCD, but this smartphone screen already has an adjustable refresh rate from 30Hz to 90Hz. realme hasn’t revealed any further details on this feature but it is said to have 48Hz, 50Hz, and 60Hz options as well.
On the camera front, there’s a triple camera system on the back with a 50 MP main lens paired with a 2 MP macro lens and a 2 MP B/W sensor. There is also an LED flash next to the camera sensor. While on the front, realme embeds a 16 MP camera sensor.
As already mentioned, the realme 9i is powered by the Snapdraon 680 chipset with 6nm fabrication. The chipset is paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. In addition, there is a slot to accommodate a microSD card if this smartphone user wants to increase its storage capacity.
Interestingly, realme also embeds the “additional RAM” feature of 5 GB which is taken from internal storage. Lastly, this smartphone is supplied with a 5,000 mAh battery and has 33W fast charging support. This 4G phone has a fingerprint scanner on the side and runs on realme UI 2.0 based on Android 11.
