VIVA – PSIS Semarang will meet PSM Makassar on week 29 of Liga 1 2021/2022 at the Captain I Wayan Dipta Stadium, Gianyar, Bali, Sunday 6 March 2022.
PSIS Semarang Assistant Coach, Ahmad Resal, hopes that the positive results achieved last week can increase the players’ high motivation to regain three points.
He admitted that he had carried out a number of evaluations after the previous match and ensured that the preparation of the team nicknamed Mahesa Jenar was in a combat-ready condition. The coaching team has assessed the PSM Makassar game and has prepared a game plan.
“Our preparations so far have gone well from yesterday’s lack against Persikabo. We are fixing it again to prepare for PSM. I have prepared a game plan to face PSM,” said Ahmad Resal as quoted from Ligaindonesiabaru.com.
“Winning against Persikabo affects the mentality of the players and it will be a motivation to raise the mentality of players facing the match against PSM,” he added.
Although the opponent is in a negative trend after failing to win in seven matches, Ahmad Resal is reluctant to underestimate. According to him, PSM Makassar remains one of the teams to watch out for with quality players.
“The majority of PSM players are good. They have good pace and they are strong too. We are wary of their players. In essence, we all pay attention to all PSM players,” he said.
