VIVA – Persebaya Surabaya tries to continue their positive trend which has always won in the last three matches.
Week 29 of Liga 1 2021/2022, Persebaya will meet Persita Tangerang at the Captain I Wayan Dipta Stadium, Gianyar, Sunday 6 March 2022.
Persebaya Surabaya coach, Aji Santoso admitted that he was aware of the positive trend that was also owned by Persita Tangerang and had evaluated the appearance of his last match against Bhanyangkara FC last week.
He assessed that Persita Tangerang showed quite positive game progress in the second round. So he is aware of the strength possessed by the opponent and is optimistic that he can bring Bajul Ijo to three points and maintain his chances of becoming the champion this season.

Aji Santoso also asked the players to forget the victory in the first round against Persita Tangerang who was able to win a landslide victory 4-0. According to him, this cannot be a benchmark that Persebaya Surabaya will easily beat Persita Tangerang again.
