VIVA – PB Esport Indonesia (ESI) Daily Chair Bambang Sunarwibowo received a visit from the Secretary General of the International Esports Federation (IESF), Boban Totovsky in Jakarta, Friday 11 March 2022.
During the meeting, Bambang Sunarwibowo explained the grand design of the 2022 Esports Championship which will be held in Bali, next November.
Bambang said that to ensure the success of the 2022 Esports World Championship, PBESI has coordinated and collaborated with various related parties.
Starting from the Ministry of Youth and Sports (Kemenpora) and the Ministry of Tourism and the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy/Tourism and Creative Economy Agency (Kemenparekraf).
Not only that, PBESI has also coordinated with various national esports organizations and communities to determine various needs and fundamental interests.
Among them are the selection of games to be competed, the readiness of the location and accommodation, and what is critical is the preparation of the network infrastructure to ensure the smooth running of the championship.
“We express our highest appreciation to IESF which has given confidence to Indonesia as the host of this grand world-scale event,” said Bambang.
