Find X5 Pro is the latest flagship phone from OPPO. It features a 6.7-inch AMOLED display and a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz.
After several rumors spread, finally OPPO has officially launched the phone flagship the newest one, OPPO Find X5 Pro. This phone comes packed with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 1440p resolution, a peak brightness of 1,300 nits, and a variable refresh rate that reaches 120 Hz. The display also features 10-bit color rendering, 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 color space, and a touch sampling rate of up to 1,000 Hz.
The processor used on this phone is Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 which is paired with 12 GB of RAM, while the storage is 256 GB. This premium device has a ColorOS 12.1 interface based on Android 12. The operating system also brings the new Multi-Screen Connect feature, which allows users to switch between their phone and Windows PC.
Reported from Gizmochina (25/2), Find X5 Pro comes with the self-developed 6nm MariSilicon X camera processor providing the most important upgrade to the phone. This chip delivers AI noise reduction and a number of image processing tasks including 4K Ultra Night Video with better photographic and color noise reduction than regular night video. Furthermore, OPPO says the image chip enables HDR video capture at 20 bits per channel on the phone.
The camera configuration includes a 50 MP Sony IMX766 and a 50 MP ultra-wide camera. There is also a 13 MP telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom and 5x hybrid zoom. This camera is also equipped with the Hasselblad Natural Color Calibration feature, which relies on a new 13-channel color sensor. OPPO has also installed windshield elements on other cameras to improve color accuracy and reduce chromatic aberration. The stabilization system features a new 5-way optical system that combines lens and sensor movement technology.
For the front camera, there’s a 32MP Sony IMX709 sensor with RGBW sub-pixels, 80-degree viewing angle, and an automatic 90-degree group selfie mode.
In terms of design, OPPO Find X5 pro packs Corning Gorilla Glass Victus on the front. While the back panel is made of ceramic which is stronger than glass. In addition to strength, these ceramic panels also aid in heat conduction, thereby enhancing cooling.
Inside, this device holds a 5,000 mAh battery capacity with 80W SuperVOOC charging support which can charge the phone 0-50% in 12 minutes. The phone also features support for 50W AirVOOC charging which can fully charge the phone in just 47 minutes.
There’s also the Battery Health Engine which extends battery life and can last up to 1,600 charge cycles before the battery starts to drop by 20%. The phone also has a 3D graphene film covering the charging coil and motherboard for improved cooling. There is also a vapor chamber for the Snapdragon chip which is said to be 75% larger than the previous model.
OPPO Find X5 Pro comes in Ceramic White and Glaze Black colors, this phone is priced at 1,300 euros (around Rp. 20.9 million) for the only 12 GB + 256 GB option.
