The specifications of the OPPO Find X5 Series consisting of Find X5, Find X5 Pro Dimensity Edition, and Find X5 Pro leaked before its launch.
The OPPO Find X5 Series will be announced in China on February 24. This series will consist of Find X5, Find X5 Pro Dimensity Edition, and Find X5 Pro. The Find X5 Pro Dimensity Edition will debut as the world’s first phone to be powered by the flagship Dimensity 9000 chipset. Prior to its official launch, the specifications of this phone were leaked.
A leak now circulating on Weibo reveals that the Find X5 Pro Dimensity Edition has a 6.7-inch AMOLED E4 display that offers a Quad HD+ resolution of 3216 x 1440 pixels and refresh rate 120 Hz. The phone is equipped with LTPO 1.0 technology instead of the LTPO 2.0 available on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 based Find X5 Pro.
Reported from Gizmochina (21/2), Find X5 Pro Dimensity Edition supported by Dimensity 9000 will come with 12 GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256 GB UFS 3.1 storage. For comparison, the Snapdragon variant will come in several RAM options such as 8 GB RAM + 256 GB ROM, 12 GB RAM + 256 GB ROM, and 12 GB RAM + 512 GB ROM.
For the front camera, the Find X5 Pro Dimensity Edition is supported by a 32 MP Sony IMX709 sensor. The rear camera setup will be complemented by a pair of 50 MP Sony IMX766 main cameras with dual OIS and a Samsung S5K3M5 telephoto camera.
The Find X5 Pro Dimensity Edition has a 5,000 mAh battery capacity that supports 80W fast wired charging. The device is also expected to bring support for 50W wireless charging and 10W wireless charging.
This phone will come with ColorOS 12.1 based on Android 12 operating system. Other features such as IP68 certification, X-axis linear motor, under-display fingerprint scanner, and dual stereo speakers are also included. The Find X Pro Dimensity Edition measures 163.7 x 73.9 x 8.5 mm and weighs 216 grams.
