VIVA – The East Jakarta District Court executed the decision of the Indonesian Sports Arbitration Board (BAORI) Number 05/P.BAORI/2018 regarding the management of the PBSI North Sumatra for the 2018-2022 period.
The execution was carried out at the Central PBSI Office, Cipayung, Jakarta, Wednesday 2 February 2022.
In this execution, the Jakarta District Court confirmed the BAORI decision which declared the management of the North Sumatran PBSI for the 2018-2022 period under the management of Suripno Ngadimin invalid.
The execution of the BAORI decision carried out by the East Jakarta District Court became the culmination of a lawsuit from Datuk Selamat Ferry for the emergence of the PBSI PP SK which established Suripno Ngadimin as the General Chair of PBSI North Sumatra with Decree Number: SKEP/047l4.2.2N/2018 Concerning the Inauguration of the PBSI Provincial Management North Sumatra Term of Service 2018-2022.
In fact, Suripno Ngadimin lost to Datuk Selamat Ferry at the North Sumatra PBSI Musprov which was held in February 2018.
Datuk Selamat Ferry’s attorney, Juliandi, was present at the execution of the BAORI decision. Also present were the administrators of the PBSI City/Regency Forum for North Sumatra, namely Ali Yusran Gea and Ahmad Haswin Nasution.
“This is the final legal product on the issue of the management of the North Sumatran PBSI. And keep in mind this is a legal product that must be respected and obeyed by all parties. Disobedience means not respecting the law in Indonesia,” said Juliandi to reporters.
