VIVA – The Provincial Government of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) is preparing a circuit for the motocross world championship or MXGP. The event is scheduled to be held on June 26, 2022 in the Samota area, Sumbawa.
Interestingly, the location of the circuit will be built not far from Ai Fat Beach. This is an attractive tourist destination, famous for the beauty of the sunset.
Not only that, the beach also saves underwater beauty such as various fish and coral reefs. In fact, turtles are often found on the beach.
The Governor of NTB Zulkieflimansyah uploaded a photo that will be the location of the MXGP circuit. The location of the circuit is very green and beautiful. Not far from there, found the beauty of the beach which is almost the same as the Mandalika Circuit.
“MXGP circuit in Samota. Nothing is Impossible,” wrote Zulkieflimansyah, Wednesday, March 2, 2022.
Previously, the Head of the Samota MXGP Organizer, Lalu Herman Mahaputra, said that work on the circuit had begun in early March. Working on a special motocross circuit is not too difficult. Just prepare a mound of dirt for motocross and other supporting facilities.
“Development is easier, because it is more natural. In Samota, it’s just a matter of polishing it,” he said.
