VIVA – Aprilia team racer, Aleix Espargaro has a different way to try out the Mandalika circuit, namely by cycling around the circuit in Lombok.
Through his Instagram upload, the Spaniard shared his experience of testing the asphalt of the Mandalika circuit by cycling under the hot Lombok weather.
“Training in the heat of Indonesia and visiting the circuits, some cycling and others running!” said Espargaro while uploading a selfie of himself cycling, Wednesday 9 February 2022.
In the Instagram post, Aleix Esapargaro also uploaded a photo with his brother Pol Esparagaro, a Repsol Honda team racer, who looked like he was wearing a shirt without a bicycle.
Different from Aleix Espargaro, his teammate Lorenzo Savodori chose to try out the Mandalika circuit by running. In his Instagram Story upload, it looks like Savadori is running with another teammate, Maverick Vinales.
“First lap…” wrote Savadori, who was running in a black t-shirt, while putting the temperature at the Mandalika circuit showing 31 degrees Celsius in his post.
