VIVA – Dozens of crew and Moto3, Moto2 and MotoGP racers began arriving at Zainuddin Abdul Madjid International Airport (BIZAM) Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, Sunday, March 13, 2022.
The head of the NTB Tourism Office, Yusron Hadi, said that 64 people had arrived in Lombok, consisting of team officials, Moto3 and Moto2 and MotoGP racers.
“They arrived in Lombok at 21.50 WITA using the Garuda Indonesia airline,” he said when contacted from Mataram, Monday, March 14, 2022.
He explained that the team officials, the Moto3 and Moto2 and MotoGP racers, were the first stage group of a total of 9 flights scheduled to arrive in Lombok.
“So the arrival of the crew and racers until March 16, 2022 after the parade in Jakarta,” said Yusron Hadi.
Asked who the racers who came in this first stage. Yusron admitted that he did not recognize the names of the drivers who had arrived one by one. However, said Yusron, there is a female racer competing in Moto3, namely Ana Carrasco.
“We saw earlier that there was a female Moto3 racer who also arrived at the airport,” he said.
