VIVA – Indonesian racer Mario Suryo Aji is focusing on the second series of the Moto3 World Championship at the Mandalika International Street Circuit, Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, 18-20 March 2022.
In his Instagram account, the Honda Team Asia racer admitted that he was enthusiastic to appear in front of the public himself. He will try to appear loose and give his best. “The next race is at the Mandalika circuit. Trying to get away from all distractions and focus,” said Mario Aji.
He admitted that he learned many lessons in the inaugural series at the Losail International Circuit, Qatar, last week. He made a promising debut by meeting the targets of Honda Team Asia.
Mario finished P19 in the race won by Andrea Migno of the Rivacold Snipers team. “Finishing the race in 19th place, last week, was not easy. However we gained new experience and will continue to fight,” he said.
“Thanks to the team and everyone who was by my side from the start,” added Mario.

Previously, the 17-year-old racer admitted that he had received a lot of positive feedback from the team after finishing the race in Qatar. He is optimistic that in the next race, he will achieve better results.
