VIVA – The Indonesian men’s badminton team faced India in the preliminary match of Group A Badminton Asia Team Championships (BATC) 2022. For the time being, Indonesia was able to equalize 1-1 against Indonesia.
Appearing at the Setia City Convention Center, Selangor, Malaysia, Friday 18 February 2022, Indonesia fielded the men’s doubles Leo Rolly Carnando/Daniel Marthin in the second party. Meanwhile, India performed with Manjit Singh Khwairakpam/Dingku Singh Konthoujam.
Leo / Daniel are able to win easily over the Indian pair. They only needed 27 minutes to win two straight games 21-16, 21-10.
Chasing scores had occurred in the first game. The Indian pair gave fierce resistance to the numbers 15-15.
However, after that the control of the game is practically in the hands of Leo/Daniel. The Indonesian pair won the first game 21-16.
