Lenovo Legion Y90 specs revealed before release

The Lenovo Legion Y90 is an upcoming gaming phone from Lenovo. The phone hasn’t been officially released yet, but its main specs have been scattered.

Lenovo has been teasing the Legion Y90 gaming phone and Legion Y700 gaming tablet for weeks. However, the company has yet to reveal a launch date. Although we know almost everything about the device, recently one of the company executives has officially revealed its specifications.

Not long ago, Lin Lin, product manager at Lenovo, shared a screenshot of the Lenovo Y90 ‘About Phone’ on Weibo. This image emphasizes the main features of the phone.

Reported from Gizmochina (10/2), the device will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. This particular variant has 18GB LPDDR5 RAM, 4GB virtual RAM, and a 640GB UFS 3.1 (512GB) + SSD (128GB) combo. It is also believed that there will be other memory configurations as well.

Furthermore, the phone will feature an AMOLED screen with refresh rate 144 Hz and up to 720 Hz multi-finger touch sampling rate. It will run the ZUI 13 and will have a 5,600 mAh battery capacity, which can be charged at 68W.

Because the Lenovo Legion Y90 is a phone gamingthen it will also come with dual cooling fans with RGB lighting, a liquid cooling system, four ultrasonic shoulder buttons, two capacitive pressure buttons on the back, and dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support.

According to previous reports, the phone will be called Lenovo Legion Phone 3 in the International market. It will arrive with a 6m92-inch display with a peak brightness level of 1,300 nits, a 64 MP + 13 MP dual camera system on the back, a 16 MP front camera, and two USB Type-C ports.
