Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous Season 4 Release Date Announced With Cool Motion Poster

Season 4 of the Netflix animated series, Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous now has a release date. This has just been officially announced by DreamWorks Animation via the page social media they are also accompanied by a motion poster which is pretty cool. This poster features a spooky sea scene at night and is then accompanied by the title and release date which falls on December 3, 2021.

From the title, it is certain that this animated series is inspired by the franchise Jurassic World the highly successful, set on the other side of Isla Nubar, the setting for many of the series’ dinosaur-based disasters.

The fourth season will follow the adventures of six teenagers as they stay at the eponymous summer camp. Teens must come together to survive the onslaught of the dinosaurs that call the island home.

Events in the story Jurassic Park: Camp Cretaceous arguably has a direct bearing on the events of the live-action film series, and there are even a few easter eggs to be found in the early seasons of the series.

The series is produced by Amblin Entertainment, Universal Pictures, and Dreamworks Animation. The series is also produced by Steven Spielberg, Colin Trevorrow, and Frank Marshall as well as Scott Kreamer and Aaron Hammersley who are the showrunners of this animation project. Kreamer and Hammersley previously worked together on Nickelodeon’s animated series, Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness. Release Jurassic Park: Camp Cretaceous Season 4 ahead of release Jurassic World: Dominion the upcoming film, which will be directed by Colin Trevorrow, co-writer and director of Jurassic World. This isn’t Trevorrow’s first encounter with the dinosaur Isla Nubar, as he also co-wrote Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.

The voice cast for the series is Paul-Mikél Williams (Westworld) as dinosaur expert Darius; Jenna Ortega (You) as Brooklyn; Ryan Potter (Big Hero 6: The Series) as Kenji; Raini Rodriguez (Bunk’d) as gregarious and enthusiastic Sammy; Sean Giambrone (The Goldbergs) as the sensitive and geeky Ben; and Kausar Mohammed (Silicon Valley) as world class athlete Yaz. Jameela Jamil (Legendary) and Glen Powell (Top Gun: Maverick) as camp advisers to Roxie and Dave.
