VIVA – The promoter of One Pride Mixed Martial Arts has decided to make Jeka Saragih’s party against Rama Saturdayri as a substitute for the duel of Winardi against David Leonardo. Both will compete at Fight Night 56, Saturday 12 February 2022.
As is known, the duel Winardi versus David had to be canceled due to Winardi contracting COVID-19 after the results of two antigen swab and Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) tests when he was about to depart from Semarang to Jakarta.
Unfortunately, no fighter was willing to replace Winardi, so the duel had to be cancelled.
One Pride MMA promoter finally replaced the match with a duel contender fight, Jeka Saragih facing Rama Saturdayri.
That means, the opening One Pride MMA match which will be broadcast live presents two contender fights and two title fights.
Besides Jeka against Rama, there will also be Sarwo Edhi Sam against Iman Lesmana.
Then, Suwardi and Ronal Siahaan will compete for the interim flyweight belt (flyweight 56.7 kg).
