VIVA – Tyson Fury has confirmed that he will face UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou, in the near future.
Fury is currently gearing up to defend Britain’s first heavyweight world title, when he faces Dillian Whyte at Wembley in April 2022.
This will be his first fight in his home country since his comeback win against Sefer Seferi in 2018. The duel against Whyte will be Fury’s last fight before retiring.
“This is the last fight in my career. I retire after this. I will have 150 million dollars in the bank, healthy and young,” said Tyson Fury, at a press conference ahead of the duel with Whyte.
Although he will retire, Fury stated that he did not immediately leave the boxing ring. He confirmed he will face UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou.
“I wouldn’t classify it as a real boxing fight. It will be a special fight in Las Vegas at Raiders Stadium,” the 33-year-old told reporters. MMA Hours.
