VIVA – Brother and sister riders in MotoGP, Marc Marquez and Alex Marquez, continue to prepare for the race at MotoGP Indonesia 2022. Aware of the hot weather at the Mandalika Circuit, Marc and Alex also prepared themselves in a unique way to adapt.
The Mandalika Circuit, located in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, has very hot weather. The reason is, the 4.31 km long track is right on the beach.
Various preparations began to be made by the MotoGP champions for the first race at Mandalika. One of them is by starting to get used to the tropical climate of Indonesia as did the Marquez brothers. Understandably, they come from Spain which is dominated by cold temperatures most of the year.
On Monday, March 14, 2022, in the early hours of WIB, Alex uploaded a photo with The Baby Alien on his personal Instagram. The picture shows him and the six-time MotoGP champion in a sauna located in a fitness center in Madrid, Spain.
“Sauna time! Indonesia, here we come!” wrote Alex Marquez in the description of the upload on the Instastory feature of his personal Instagram account.
Judging from the description of the photo, it seems that Marc and Alex are trying to adapt to the hot weather of Mandalika. Sweat also seemed to be pouring from the bodies of the two drivers who defended the Honda factory and satellite teams.
In fact, Alex’s body looks red from the heat in the sauna. Meanwhile, Marc was found to be more relaxed and his body was not as red as his sister.
