VIVA – Indonesia together with the Philippines and Japan continue to prepare for the 2023 Basketball World Cup. As hosts, the three countries are ready to sell pre-sale tickets for the quadrennial tournament.
In the release, “VENUE PASS – Phase 1” (Group Phase – Round 1) – Indonesia, in Jakarta will be available for pre-sale starting March 1, 2022. Information regarding other tickets will be available in August 2022.
The pre-sale tickets for the 12 group I phase matches are provided for the matches that will take place at the Gelora Bung Karno Indoor Multifunction Stadium, which was built this year.
In addition, if basketball fans are registered in the “Win For All Team” fan club through the official website of the 2023 FIBA World Cup, basketball fans will get priority access to buy tickets early, starting February 27, 2022.

There are 150 pre-sale tickets available for all group stage matches in Jakarta and are divided into three categories, with 12 games per category with varying prices. For VENUE PASS – Phase 1, the first category is priced at IDR 27 million, then the second category is IDR 21.6 million, and the third category is IDR 8.1 million.
“Because the announcement of this sale was simultaneously carried out in the three host countries for the 2023 Basketball World Cup, this is an important moment for basketball lovers in Indonesia to get tickets early,” said the Chair of the 2022 Asian Basketball Cup Panpel, Junas Miradiarsyah, in Jakarta.
