After presenting the epic trailer Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madnessnow Marvel Studios re-released a new promo in the form of a new TV spot. This new promo features some cool scenes that were not included in the official trailer. And for now, the sequel is slated to hit theaters on May 6, 2022 in and around North America.

Described as the first horror film in the Marvel Cinematic UniverseDoctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness will feature the return of Benedict Cumberbatch as Dr. Stephen Strange. This time he will be assisted by Scarlett Witch, played by Elizabeth Olsen. The sequel is expected to tie into the events of WandaVision, Loki and Spider-Man: No Way Home.
The sequel will also feature Chiwetel Ejiofor, Benedict Wong, and Rachel McAdams, reprising their roles as Karl Mordo, Wong, and Dr. Christine Palmer. Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness will also feature the live-action debut of Marvel America’s hero Chavez., played by Xochitl Gomez (The Baby-Sitters Club).
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness directed by Sam Raimi who is famous for the Spider-Man films along with Michael Waldron (Loki) who will rewrite the script which was first written by Jade Bartlett.
While the synopsis of this film is:
“The door to the multiverse, full of mystery and madness, has opened.
Now that Iron Man and Captain America have left after the fierce battle in Avengers: Endgame, the former genius surgeon and strongest wizard of all, Doctor Strange, is expected to play an active role as the central figure in the Avengers. However, using his magic to manipulate time and space at will with forbidden spells considered the most dangerous has opened the door to a mysterious madness called the ‘Multiverse.’ To restore a world where everything changed, Strange seeks the help of his ally Wong and the most powerful wizard of the Avengers, Wanda/Scarlet Witch. But a terrible threat looms over humanity and the entire universe that can no longer be done in their own strength. Even more surprising, the greatest threat in the universe looks exactly like Doctor Strange…”
