Walt Disney Studios, inspired by the most popular game attraction ‘Jungle Cruise’ at Disneyland, presents an exciting and thrilling adventure of the wild Amazon river in Disney’s “Jungle Cruise”, with Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt.
In order to find a legendary relic that has the power to change the fate of all humanity, Frank Wolff, a charismatic Amazonian captain and tour guide, and Lily Houghton, a brilliant British scientist, are determined to bravely overcome a thousand obstacles full of surprises.
Set in the 1900s, Disney’s “Jungle Cruise” follows an exploration to discover the evolutionary key that can change human life – a tree that can heal all things – hidden in the Amazon jungle. Not only the beauty that is in it, the Amazon forest holds terrible dangers, including many parties who are also eyeing the heirloom, ranging from the threat of wild animals to supernatural powers.
Having known and tried to prove this legend for a long time, Captain Frank Wolff, who is head of the Jungle Navigation Company and tour guide of the Amazon Jungle, is now back in the midst of the beauty and ferocity of the forest to accompany British scientist Lily Houghton and her brother, MacGregor. At the height of the end of World War II, Lily is determined to find the legend to save the lives of many people. The journey through the legends in the Amazon jungle turns out to be a mission from Aguirre, the captain of a very powerful army. However, Lily’s courage and ambition, guided by Captain Frank’s skill and silliness and the two’s hard work to uncover the secrets of the legend of a magical tree in the middle of the Amazon jungle, becomes a very memorable journey.
