Zayn Malik looks even better at improving his reputation fashion-his. In February, it was announced he would be a guest designer for his collaboration with Versus Versace, and is now a musician rock n roll as well as Gigi Hadid’s boyfriend, he collaborated with Giuseppe Zanotti in releasing a shoe collection.
It all started with Zayn’s first meeting with Giuseppe Zanotti at Paris Fashion Week in 2015. “When I saw him, I said to myself: ‘He’s a cool guy and a modern person. rebel,” explains Giuseppe Zanotti in the quote di Vogue.com. “I love collaborating with musicians because we share a common vision. Zayn and I admire each other, especially when we first met in Paris. That’s where we realized that you have attitude and approach the same one: iconic, edgy, and expressive. Zayn’s bold and individual vision, his relaxed yet cool style, and his love for fashion means a lot to me.”
“I like something that dark and a little weird, and Giuseppe Zanotti wasn’t afraid to play with those elements,” explains Zayn. “The design process for this collection was fun, and so were the results. I combine iconic styles rock n roll like the boots, which look so classic.”
