Following the success of Queendom and Kingdom, Mnet confirmed it would return with a second season of Queendom. They also officially announced the host who is responsible for running the program.
On January 25, the production team revealed Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon will be hosting Queendom season two. His experience in singing is the reason the musician is right to be the host of the event.

Until now, Mnet still has not announced the names of female artists who participated as participants. The plan, Queendom season two will start shooting in February 2022.
The first season of Queendom aired in 2019. This program gained popularity because it managed to show the charm of female musicians that they had never shown before.
