VIVA – Fierce matches in professional boxing will be presented every weekend in February 2022, and some of them will be world title fights.
The first week of the second month of this year will be opened with matches of some of the biggest names in the sport of fist fights. One of them, former world welterweight champion (66.6kg) Keith Thurman who will face Mario Barrios at the Michelob Ultra Arena, Las Vegas, United States, on February 5.
Thurman is struggling to get back on his feet after losing to legendary boxer from the Philippines Manny Pacquiao in a duel for the WBA Super welterweight title at the MGM Grand, Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas, July 20, 2019.
On the same date, but at a different location, at the Footprint Center, Phoenix, United States, there will also be a duel for the WBC super flyweight world title between Jesse Rodriguez and Carlos Cuadras.
Meanwhile in England, former champion Chris Eubank Jr will face Liam Williams at the Motorpoint Arena, Cardiff.
Then on February 12, Daniel Jacobs, former world middleweight champion (72.5kg), will fight to restore his big name by challenging John Ryder at Alexandra Palace, Muswell Hill, United Kingdom.
Continuing to the following weekend on 19 February, two former world welterweight champions Amir Khan and Kell Brook will face each other at the Manchester Arena, Manchester, England.
