VIVA – The Executive Board of the Indonesian Shooting and Hunting Sports Association (PB Perbakin) has the honor of hosting an international championship titled ISSF Grand Prix Air Rifle/Pistol 2022. This event will be held at the Senayan Shooting Ground, Jakarta, 8-18 February 2022.
The 2022 ISSF Air Rifle/Pistol Grand Prix is the first international shooting championship in Indonesia. Indonesia itself became the third host after Croatia and Slovenia.
In this edition, there were 138 participants from six countries, namely Singapore, Bangladesh, Romania, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia. The host fielded 48 participants to compete in this championship.
Perbakin as the organizer has a target not only to be successful in its implementation but also in terms of achievement. No kidding, they are targeting to be the overall champion.
“We are honored to be able to hold this Grand Prix after the two previous editions in Croatia and Slovenia,” said the General Chairperson of PB Perbakin, Joni Supriyanto, in Jakarta, Tuesday, February 8, 2022.

“Of course, as the host of this event, we want the overall champion. That’s why we field a full team including the second-tier and youth teams as an effort to provide competitive experience,” he added.
