Horror movie franchise A Quiet Place will be adapted into a video game. This game project will be developed by studio from Montreal, iLLOGIKA, which is known for developing games such as Cuphead, Lara Croft Go, Spiritfarer and SpongeBob Squarepants Krusty Cook-Off. Studio EP1T0ME will also be involved in the creation of this project, while the game’s publisher is Saber Interactive, who is behind the game. World War Z and Evil Dead. Games A Quiet Place it will launch sometime in mid 2022.
Not much is known about the game’s story A Quiet Place for now, however the official website states that it will be a “scary new video game” and will give players the chance to “experience the story of survival in the universe A Quiet Place.” Obviously stealth mode or stealth mode will most likely be a key role in the gameplay.
Creative Director Hervé Sliwa from iLLOGIKA gave a statement about the project:
“The video game A Quiet Place will let fans experience film suspense with a level of immersion they’ve never experienced before. We’re excited to be working with EP1T0ME and working with Saber Interactive to share this unique vision of hope and horror with players everywhere in the future.”
The game is likely to focus on providing story-based gaming experiences across multiple platforms, including PC, console, mobile, and VR. This will provide a fairly wide scope for fans of survival horror games.
Movie series A Quiet Place The John Krasinski-directed first debuted in 2018 and has since spawned a sequel, with talk of a third film in the future. The films follow survivors who have to live life as peacefully as possible in a world full of monsters who hunt by sound alone.
